First steps!!!!

Today we did the first step to bring my wife here. I miss her a lot, but the things that we are doing will be good for us. My training is getting better, I am having more time to train, I start knowing some people from triathlon here, also I am setting up my MTB so I can train until my tri bike arrives in June, my life will be 100% when my wife gets here. My next race will be probably the Ironman Florida, and my wife will be there! Until there I will be train and working. I am doing some short training and working on my speed and weight. I will be doing some running races, until my next Ironman, and by that time I will be a lot faster, and a lot lighter, and with my wife besides me, what else I need??? I will be 100%!!!
Tomorrow the 16th is my wife B-day, so Carol, Happy birthday!!! I love you so much!!!Soon we will be together, and like is written in our ring " TOGETHER FOREVER"!!!! Love you!!!

Hi!!!

I did my best race on January 26th. 4 mile race, I got 1st place in my age group and 12th place over all!!!! That was really good, specially because I am working a lot, and I miss my wife, so soon she will be here and better results will come!!!! This was the 1st place, but a lot of 1st places will come!!!

I will start writing more in English, but this music is in portuguese, but I really like the lyrics, so I hope now that my life in getting strait and I am living in Florida, Sarasota, I am married, and the plans are getting better with a lot of energy for the future, I will be able to write more. Also I plan to run the Sarasota marathon! Let see...
